Returns and Exchange
The Michigan Crossroads Council Scout Shop at Eagle guarantees every customer’s satisfaction. We stand behind all our products and are confident that they will perform as designed. If the customer is not 100% satisfied with one of our product’s quality, they may return it within 90 days of purchase for a refund or exchange with a valid receipt.
Refund Policy
If a customer presents a return with a receipt that shows the original sale was made on a credit card, credit must be issued to the original credit card. We cannot return the sale as cash.
Customer will deliver original purchase by shipping method of their choice. All shipping costs will be paid for by customer unless an error was made on part of the store.
