As part of your annual Michigan Crossroads Council Program fee, effective August 1, 2023, all rank badges and top level rank kits (Scouts BSA Eagle, Sea Scout Quartermaster and Venturing Summit awards) will be free of charge on the MCC Online Shop and the MCC Scout Shop at Eagle.
